KA Coaching and Consulting was founded in 2004, taking its name from an ancient Egyptian belief. The people of ancient Egypt believed in the existence of a protector, a comrade, who came to earth with every person at the birth of the world and sheds light on the path he followed throughout his life. This perspective summarizes the common ground in the different work of KA in both individual and institutional fields.

From the time it was in the initial idea stage, KA Coaching and Consulting has been supporting the leader, team development systemically and holistically. It offers coaching and leadership programs with international business partners in different geographies and cultures, especially in Europe and Turkey.
